NOTBOARD is operated by Pineapple Ventures LLC. Email hello@not-board.com and we'll usually reply within one business day.
Open the app, allow location access when prompted, and set your search radius. NOTBOARD shows tables within that distance, sorted by how close they are.
You pick a distance (1–50 miles). We only show meetups within that radius and display how far each one is. Location is used only while you're using the app.
Open any game and tap Join now. If it's full, you can join the waitlist. Once you're in, you get an e-ticket to show at the door.
Tap the + button, fill in the game, venue, date, time, and number of seats, then publish. It appears for players nearby.
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and follow the email link.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Notifications. For location, use your device Settings → Privacy → Location Services → NOTBOARD.
You can permanently delete your NOTBOARD account and associated personal data at any time:

By email: write to privacy@not-board.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify and process the deletion.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, hosted and joined games, messages, reviews, and follows. Some records may be retained only where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
NOTBOARD connects people for in-person games at public venues. Meet in public, tell a friend where you'll be, and trust your judgment. Report any concerning behavior to safety@not-board.com and we'll follow up.
